Return

Returning or exchanging your item(s) is a straight forward process. You have the possibility to return or exchange unwanted items within 28 days of reception. Make sure the items you are returning are intact and in their original packaging with their labels including intact boxes as they are part of the original packaging. Unless deemed defective, only new items that are returned unused: unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, except for trying on, will be refundable. Approval for your return may be delayed or denied if the items received are defective or do not match those ordered. Our team will contact you. When you are ready, please contact us so we can arrange a pick-up.

Refund

You will be refunded within 10 working days (typical processing time) once your returns have been verified by our team. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your returns have been verified and your refund has been processed. You may receive a full refund, minus shipping and transfer costs if there is.
